Nikki Murillo

I am a proud first-generation Latine-American woman, facilitator, coach, and educator dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership and equitable organizational transformation through anti-racist and anti-oppression best practices. I started RIC with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and education spaces, bringing a responsive and strategic approach to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in cultivating cultures of belonging and sustainable change. I have curated and facilitated staff trainings and workshops, provided individual and group coaching, and strategic organizational change around DEI.

Rooted in curiosity, relationship-building, and theory-informed practices, I meet people where they are to cultivate sustainable change. I believe in the power of narrative, emotional regulation, and community-centered leadership.
